Full-time and Part-time Sales Assistants

We are looking for full-time and part-time sales assistants to join our team at Toymagic Qormi. The ideal candidate must execute all activities necessary to ensure efficient operations within the shop, maximise sales, and prompt professional service to all customers.

Main Responsibilities

  •     Assist clients and suggest suitable products
  •     Replenish stock
  •     Ensuring standards and upkeeping of the shop
  •     Deal with customer complaints in a professional manner
  •     Process online orders and liaise with the relevant departments/suppliers
  •     Use of cashpoint
  •     Meet sales targets
  •     Answer phone calls
  •     Assisting the store manager
  •     Pricing of store items

Requirements

  •     Retail or sales experience in a toy shop/industry will be considered as an    asset
  •     Easily adaptable to changes and works well under pressure
  •     Ability to work weekends including public holidays and work additional hours during peak seasons.
  •     Work in a team-oriented environment
  •     Competent computer skills
  •     A proactive approach and a positive can-do attitude
  •     Be fluent in Maltese and English
  •     Highly responsible and reliable
  •     Merchandising experience is considered as an asset
