Black Friday Discount code can not be used when:
- The product is already on sale, discounted or on offer.
- An other discount code/voucher has already been applied.
- Electronic items like kids' laptops, watches and tablets.
- There's a specific note at the product of the description stating the the item can't be discounted.
- In-store yellow highlighted prices can't be discounted.
- Brands that aren't eligible for Black Friday 15% discount include Funko, Zuru, L.O.L, Pokemon, Squish Mellows and Cocomelon.

BLACKFRIDAY23 promocode is valid till from 00:01 24/11/2023 to 23:59 27/11/2023.
Magic & Birthday club members code is valid from 00:01 22/11/2023 to 23:59 27/11/2023.
Items discounted using any promocode can't be refunded, returned or exchanged.
Items already marked as on sale can't be refunded, returned or exchanged.
Discount code is not applicable on delivery charges.

During Black Friday week (20/11/2023 - 27/11/2023) we will be expecting an influx of online orders and customers at our shop. This may prolong our usual efficient customer service, delivery lead times amongst other correlating factors not listed.
Certain toys maybe available online but actually out-of-stock, if you happen to place an order of an item which isn't available, we will refund you back and notify you regarding this through a phone call or email.
All items in-store and online are on first come first serve basis.
